Condolence: Uncle Leon will be greatly missed! He was a kind, funny, loving man! My heart goes out to Aunt Carolee and to Greg, Joe, and Jason and their families. Joe, thank-you for always bringing him to see mom & dad when they were in the hospital. (Earl & Doris Fleetwood) That meant the world to mom. She always used to tell me when she was little, Leon would come home on leave and the kids might be at their aunts, but he would always go get them and say they needed to be home. Family meant everything to him. You could always tell by the way he loved Aunt Carolee . He doted on you boys & the grand-kids. When I lived in Kansas for a while, I remember the trips to see Aunt Carolee's parents and Uncle Leon would take me fishing at their place. He was a great fisherman and hunter. Always smiling and laughing. Love and prayers to you all. Eve

Condolence: You were always smiling every time I saw you! I got a real kick every time you and Dad would get together and tell stories of your cat fishing adventures! I remember he'd say no matter how big the fish was he caught, you would smoke him every time. He said you were one of the best fisherman he'd ever seen. I just know you were one of the kindest people I ever had the pleasure to know. You would lend an ear to anyone and be one of the first people to lend a helping hand. I always loved seeing you and Carolee together, -such beautiful, kind-hearted people. You loved those boys and all of their families so much.I know that because you talked about them all the time and would just light up. I know they will miss you dearly. You will be missed greatly by everyone who had the pleasure to know you. I love you Uncle Leon.
