Lola Mae Isabell, age 95 of Bonner Springs, KS passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at her home. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 pm, Sunday, April 9, and Funeral services will be at 11 am, Monday, April 10, both at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS. Lola was born Jan. 26, 1922 in Monrovia, KS. She was a graduate of Wyandotte High School in 1940 and was also a longtime resident of the Bonner Springs area. She was a member of Bonner Springs Baptist Church since 1974. She was preceded in death by her husband Virgil Charles Isabell “Bud” in 2002, one son Donnie Isabell in 2014 and two grandsons Tanner Isaac Cushman in 2012 and Shawn Wayne Fish in 1970 and one great grandson Brentley Keith Cushman in 1989. She is survived by four children Patricia Fish (Gilbert); Charles Isabell (Darlene); and Linda Cushman all of Bonner Springs, KS; Susan Passler (Chuck) of Platte City, MO and Daughter in law Penny Isabell of Piper, KS. One sister Joyce Thulin of McLouth, KS. 13 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 19 great great grandchildren. As well as her beloved little dog Missy Mae who will miss her greatly.
