JOSEPH C. CLARK
Joseph Christopher Clark, 32, of DeSoto, KS formerly of Bonner Springs, KS passed away Wed., June 7, 2017. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 pm, and Funeral at 5 pm, both on Tue., June 13, at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS with burial in Edwardsville Cemetery to follow at a later date. The family suggests memorial contributions to assist and support his children. Joe was born on Sept. 14, 1984 to Vicki (Baker) Barton and Christopher Michael Clark, he was a life long area resident. He had previously worked at several area restaurants including Pizza Hut, Burger King and Wendy's. Over the years he had also enjoyed working at Harbor Freight Tools, Fastenal, Dollar Tree, E.X.T. Plastics and Zumiez Distribution. Joe loved his Grandma Esther's Italian Tortellini, Premium Ice Cream, Little Debbie Snack Cakes- Joe just loved food. He was artistic and was a self taught guitarist and musician. He loved to read and was fascinated with science, true facts, history and philosophy. He traveled around town with his guitar and backpack, he was a "traveling man". Joe was preceded in death by his brother Cody Barton. And is survived by his two children Azriel and Daniel. His mother Vicki Barton of DeSoto, KS; his father Chris Clark of Bonner Springs, KS; one brother Jacob Barton (Ashley Guggenheim) of Bonner Springs, KS; his paternal grandmother Juanita Clark; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was known for being carefree and loving. He loved his children with a deep passion. His smile and laughter were contagious.
