Condolence: I was saddened to learn of Ruth's passing, but it was so good to know that she lived such a long, fulfillong life. She was profoundly influential in my life with her high expectations,always coupled with warm encouragement. I also became a professional jounalist, then taught secondary English for 30 yrs. I can tell you that her methods were effective & far ahead of her time!😊 Her family can be so proud, and I know her students will honor her memory.

Condolence: Ruth Ann was my neighbor for over 17 years and she was the most energetic person. Her love and caretaking of North Park and her 4 flights of stairs to the top of the hill to take care of her trees, kept her young. Her Christmas buffet's were legendary. She was such a king and generous person and will be missed at the lake front at Lake of the Forest.

Condolence: As a child, I remember Ruth Ann as full of life and having beautiful clothes. Her kindness toward our family was appreciated. Ruth Ann was always a great friend to my mother, Rita Sisson,and will be missed by all who were fortunate to know her.
