Dennis Wayne Wagner, age 54, of Lansing, Kansas passed away Monday, Feb. 12, 2018 as the result of an Automobile Accident. Visitation will be 10am to Noon, followed by the Funeral Service beginning at Noon, both Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Victory Assembly of God Church in Bonner Springs. Burial will follow in the Bonner Springs Cemetery. Memorial Contributions can be made to the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
Dennis was born on December 19, 1963 in Leavenworth, Kansas. He grew up in Bonner Springs and graduated from Bonner Springs High School in the class of 1982. Dennis was a volunteer with the Bonner Springs Fire Department for several years and had worked for over 21 years at Tapco in Lenexa, Kansas as a Route Supervisor. Dennis was an avid Pool Player and Bowler and had been in several leagues. Another pastime he enjoyed was riding his Harley-Davidson Motorcycle with his friends and this is how he became actively involved in Bikers-For-Babies, in honor of his son. Dennis was preceded in death by his father Tom Wagner, step-father Tommy Willis and one brother-in-law Rick Englehart. Survivors include his two children; Justin and Emily Wagner, his mother Beverly Willis, three brothers; Brian (Patsy), David and Carl Wagner three sisters; Linda Wagner, Cindy Englehart, and Holly Sparks, his longtime girlfriend, Le Ann Malotte, and several extended family members and friends.
