Obituary for David A. Robaugh Jr.

David A.  Robaugh Jr.
Dave Robaugh, Jr., age 40, of Leavenworth, KS., and previously of Bonner Springs, KS., passed away on Tuesday, March 27th, 2018. A Celebration of Dave’s Life will be 1-3pm Sat. April 21, 2018 at the Harrington Family Event (218 Oak St., Bonner Springs, KS. 66012) In lieu of flowers, the family strongly suggests memorial contributions to the GoFundMe page set up for his family.

David worked for the Bonner Springs Kansas pizza hut as a delivery driver for the past six years. Before that he was employed with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Back Yard Burgers and Long John Silvers. He met his wife Sara Jane in 1996 at their place of employment and they were married in 1999. In 2000 he had his first daughter Heaven Alexleigha and in 2003 his second daughter Lacey Faith was born. He spent the majority of his adult life in Bonner Springs but also lived in Tonganoxie, Merriam, Kansas City and Olathe.

He was a big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals. He also enjoyed watching college basket ball, cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks. His favorite past time was playing video games or watching sports in his man cave on his days off. One of his favorite songs was The Sound of Silence by Disturbed.

David left behind his wife Sara, daughters Heaven and Lacey Faith, father David Sr and sister Erin.
He also left behind two brother in laws Jr and Jeff, a sister in law Tammy, nieces Destiny, Caitlyn and Leanna, nephews Marcus, Jacob, Michael and Devon. Included are his mother in law Ellen, Father in law Orville and his Aunt Donna plus many more relatives. David's mother Deborah passed away just shy of 3 weeks after his death.
